All our tamales are handmade, and our stone-ground masa (corn dough) is made in-house from locally-grown non-GMO corn, stone-ground right in our establishment with our very own corn mill.
We offer Vegetarian and Vegan options, as well as extreme dessert tamales. Our rice and beans are Vegan. Our entire menu is Gluten-Free.
We also offer Tortas & Tacos, all Gluten-Free. Our Torta buns are made from scratch. Our torillas aren't just hand-made, they're made from our own in-house masa. The most authentic tortillas you can get this side of the border.
