All our tamales are handmade, and our stone-ground masa (corn dough) is made in-house from locally-grown non-GMO corn, stone-ground right in our establishment with our very own corn mill.
An Old World Artisan approach to making our signature tamales ensures healthier, higher quality tamales, which are all Gluten-Free.
We offer Vegetarian and Vegan options, as well as extreme dessert tamales. Our rice and beans are Vegan and Gluten-Free, too.

We're available for private & corporate catering. Fundraisers, Special Events at Local Wineries, Bike Races & Runs, we've done them all.
